Instructions
Prepping
Place sweet potato, vegetables, and chicken into freezer bag.
Whisk remaining ingredients until combined; pour into bag. Freeze.
Cooking
Place into a large slow cooker frozen. Add 1 cup chicken broth.
Cook on low for 8 hours or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Serve in wide bowls with hot sauce and crusty bread for dipping.
