Ginger Soy Salmon
Filled with flavor, this salmon is definitely a fan favorite in my house!

Salmon filets
(~6 oz each)

Orange juice

Cornstarch

Soy sauce

Brown sugar

Lemon pepper seasoning

Sriracha

Garlic

Hot cooked rice

Instructions
Prepping
Place the salmon in a freezer bag.
Whisk the remaining ingredients together and pour them into the bag.
Freeze flat, ensuring salmon is in an even layer.
Cooking
Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Place salmon skin-side down on a baking sheet covered with foil. Discard marinade.
Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Thin filets may take less time.
Serve with rice.
