Slow Cooker Ham and Corn Chowder
This chowder is perfect to make on those cold, rainy days when you're snuggled up on the couch binge watching your favorite show!

Diced ham

Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Prepping
In a freezer bag, place cubed butter, hash browns, frozen corn, minced onion, pepper, salt, bouillon, and ham.
Place in freezer.
Cooking
Place contents of freezer bag into large slow cooker. Add water and milk.
Cook on low for 8 hours, until potatoes are tender.
Whisk cornstarch with 2T water and stir into soup.
Turn to high and cook until soup is thickened.
Serve with cheese and green onions.
